- Present to business unit leaders in a large enterprise bank.
- Elicit, structure, and validate requirements.

- Utilize Agile expertise in mixed SDLC banking environments.
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years of Project Management experience focused on systems delivery and process change program management in US large retail banking.
- Regulatory compliance project management experience in AML/KYC, BSA, CFPB, OFAC, FRB programs.
- Professional experience presenting to business unit leaders in a large enterprise bank.
- Requirements elicitation, structuring and validation / traceability experience.
- Agile expertise along with experience in mixed SDLC banking environments.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Agile development/scrum master experience, including developed user stories.
- Problem statement and solving, fishbone analysis skills.
Preferred
- Experience with banking industry platforms such as Salesforce, Encino, Axiom, ACBS etc.
- Regulatory compliance experience, especially in AML/KYC, CFPB, OFAC, FRB programs and reporting.
- Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, SAFe, CSM etc.

Note: All candidates must be able to work as a W2 employee for any employer in the US. (The role is not eligible for Corp to Corps or those requiring sponsorships now or in the future.)
Overview:
One of our consulting clients is in need of a technical project manager to join a consulting engagement for 12mo+ supporting a large enterprise banking client. They are looking for a technical project manager that has work on regulatory projects and initiatives. (Ex consent orders or matters requiring attention (MRA’s). This engagement has the potential be extended.
Required skills:
- 10+ yrs of Project Management experience focused on systems delivery and process change program mgt in US large retail banking.
