Our client is hiring a Benefits Account Manager to work 100% remote, managing group accounts. You will be joining a team of professionals working together to service existing group clients.
Location: Office is in Los Angeles, California / Position is 100% Remote
Compensation, Benefits, Perks
- Annual base salary $80,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities
- The Account Manager works with the client and producer to develop the client’s employee benefits strategy, as well as implementation.
- This person will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day and strategic, high-level servicing.
- Responsibilities include plan design and program management, financial analysis, compliance guidance, client support, developing communication programs and materials, and acting as a team leader.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail brokerage benefits expertise is required.
- An active Life & Health license is required; license must be in good standing.
- Tech-Savvy; Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
- Advanced designations, such as CEBS, GBA, etc. are a plus.
