As a Facilities Maintenance Technician II, you will be part of a dynamic team in Southington, CT, supporting plant needs regarding all production equipment and building systems to achieve the production plan. Responsibilities

  • Perform machine and systems troubleshooting and repair and assist engineering.
  • Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule to ensure equipment remains in peak operating condition. Perform corrective maintenance as required.
  • Support PLC, vision, and motor software systems diagnostics.
  • Install and modify integrated systems to improve upon current equipment performance
  • Interface with other departments to provide and obtain information necessary to complete assigned equipment maintenance, changeover, testing, and return to operation.

Qualifications

Required

  • Ability to perform machine/systems troubleshooting/repair
  • Troubleshooting skills and preventive/corrective maintenance knowledge
  • Knowledge of PLCs
  • Solid computer skills (MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)). CMMS experience required.
  • Minimum of five years of work experience as a facilities maintenance controls technician on automated assembly equipment.

Pay Rate: $36.00 Per hour

Southington, CT

2:45 pm am – 11:15 pm

You will be part of a dynamic team in Southington, CT when you apply for the Facilities Maintenance Tech II role. Major duties for this position include Technician support for the plant needs regarding all production equipment and building systems to achieve the production plan. Support and actively manage troubleshooting and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability, minimize downtime hours, and optimize production. Duties are performed in a high-volume high-speed manufacturing environment that involves overhauling equipment/installing new equipment.
