Law Firm looking for a full time receptionist for our reception team. This position can be fully remote. Note, while this position can be filled by a person located any place with access to high speed internet and a quiet location, this position is for the hours of 8:30 to 5:00 P.M PST.
We are seeking reliable and compassionate candidates for this position. The persons we serve are lower-income senior citizens or legally disabled persons throughout the United States. People typically come to us in heightened states of worry about debt they cannot afford to pay. We are often their last resource for help.
You will take incoming calls and route them to their appropriate destinations. You will interface with our firm's attorneys and staff throughout this process. There is also a data entry requirement associated with this job, so multi-tasking skills are a must.
