  • Review and approve project invoices, change orders, and payment requests.

  • Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify and address any construction defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Implement appropriate corrective actions and preventive measures to maintain project quality and integrity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and resolving issues.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and generate reports to keep stakeholders informed about project status, milestones, and any significant developments.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial construction and project management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and resource allocation
  • Sound understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and safety standards
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools
  • Exceptional communication and people skills
  • Ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive working relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Demonstrate punctuality and the ability to be on time and ready to work
  • Must be able to pass background check to drive company vehicle
  • Travel required

The Project Manager will be responsible for Managing subcontractors, job site meetings, submittals, RFI’s, project administration, reading project documents, helping with estimating, enabling the completion of jobs in a timely manner by scheduling and overseeing the project and assisting with special projects as assigned.
