Soliant Education is seeking two full-time School Psychologists to support two K-5 buildings in a diverse district in the Inverness, IL area. Both buildings offer Spanish bilingual programming, making this a unique opportunity to work with a culturally rich student population.

Job Details:

  • Position: School Psychologist
  • Location: Inverness, IL area
  • School Level: Elementary (K-5)
  • Special Programs: Spanish bilingual programs
  • Caseload: Two elementary buildings

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop appropriate interventions for students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide remendations for services
  • Support the emotional, social, and academic development of students
  • Offer support and training to staff regarding mental health topics

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist license for the state of Illinois
  • Experience working in a bilingual or diverse school setting is preferred but not required
  • Strong munication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment
