Home Health Caregiver

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Home Health Aid/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals
- Help patients with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant
- Certification as a CNA
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
