Responsibilities

  • Meet safety, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives in the plant.

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and boost operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Support the installation of new machinery as the facility continues to expand.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably within food, packaging, or other high-speed industries.
  • Strong proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, particularly focusing on electrical systems.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, valves, belts, pulleys, gearboxes, conveyors, electrical wiring (120/240/480), AC/DC, control voltage, conduit installation, wire pulling, and 3-phase motors.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
  • Self-motivated, positive, energetic, punctual, and hardworking with a team-oriented attitude.

Preferred

  • Experience within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Associate degree or equivalent technical training in a relevant field, or related maintenance certifications.
  • Capable of troubleshooting and programming PLCs, with knowledge of ladder logic.
  • Experience with welding, pipefitting, boilers, or HVAC systems.

What You’ll Bring:
