CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a major medical insurance provider client seeking a Remote Reimbursement Team Lead based in Lake Mary, FL.. As the Reimbursement Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day administration of the team’s benefit verifications and investigations. You will oversee the team’s production, and customer needs, address concerns and provide support in a timely manner. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in the specialty pharmacy, medical insurance or reimbursement industries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within a huge and renowned organization!
Requirements for the Reimbursement Team Lead:
- 2+ years of experience in the specialty pharmacy, medical insurance or reimbursement industries
- Background in benefit verifications and investigations
- Experience working in a call center environment, a plus
- Experience as a Lead is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work any shift between 8am and 8pm EST
Compensation for the Reimbursement Team Lead:
- 3 to 4-month Contract assignment with potential to extend
- Location: Lake Mary, FL - Remote
- Pay: $19-21/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
