  • Proactively seek new opportunities through client referrals, networking, and social media.
  • Meet with potential or referred clients to present our company and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Reviews and reports with financial data.
  • Bring in new business leads to boost revenue.
  • Negotiate and close transactions.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in the IT/Tech industry as a sales executive, client partner, or engagement manager selling IT services.
  • Prior experience in customer relationship management, closing deals, and developing long-term client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Capable of delivering visually appealing presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills and an advanced command of the English language.

Preferred

  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another IT-related degree)
  • Previous experience selling IT services (on-site or off-site)
  • A track record of success in similar roles in software development outsourcing and digital product engineering firms

Account Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services Team. You will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with BairesDev customers based on a deep understanding of their IT business needs. You will be ultimately responsible for fulfilling all capacity needs for existing and new projects. What You Will Do:

  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Determine client needs and prepare and deliver presentations on pertinent services.

  • Meet with potential or referred clients to present our company and listen to their wishes and concerns.
