  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Shown ability to excel in a results-oriented, challenging environment
  • Effective communication, mentoring, facilitation, and team building skills

We are looking for a highly motivated Engineer to join our Manufacturing team. This is a full-time onsite position with no option to remote work.

The Production Engineer is responsible for the implementation of engineering designs through to production. This includes the creation of design drawings, process documents, and updating BOMs and routers in the enterprise resource planning system. The Production Engineer creates drawings and product configurations from engineering specifications, sketches, customer requests and existing drawings for product creation, product quotation, production tooling, and manufacturing equipment as needed.

Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities:

While performing the duties of this job, the work is performed partially in an office setting, some work is performed on the production floor and outside in weather conditions. The employee works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate and occasionally loud when using tools.

The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms throughout the 8-10-hour shift. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; and smell. Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate tools, drafting instruments, computers and various pieces of office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 49 pounds as needed.

Schedule:

  • Full Time, in office (Chandler Blvd. and I-10 area)
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Thursday (6:00am – 3:30pm)
  • Friday (6:00am - 10:00am)
  • Off on Saturday’s & Sunday’s, most of the time.

Compensation:

  • $60k -$80k, DOE
