Key Functions: Supply strategy, Acquisition, retention & quality

Acquisition

  • Has a creative, curatorial eye, and a knack for trendspotting
  • Has a sharp sense for identifying potential hosts, tastemakers and experiences that represent the current cultural pulse of their city
  • Is a natural culture connector and knows all the hosts in the market.
  • Actively recruits the best hosts in the market.
  • As a personal relationship with all local ambassadors in the market.
  • Works with our agencies on sourcing needs.
  • Strategic partnerships: Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to drive unique, high quality supply

Entrepreneurship and business development

  • Market optimization: Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation with the market
  • Host business support: Support hosts in developing their business skills, including marketing, operations, and CS
  • Collaborate with hosts to provide personalized insights and actions that enhance performance, boost bookability, and maintain high-quality standards, driving overall market success

Problem solving and host advocacy

  • Partner with Community team to elevate insights and concerns to Client leadership

Quality

  • Personal inspection of all experiences in the market.
  • Actively participates and experiences.
  • In partnership with Community, occasionally host activities to demonstrate best practices and inspire hosts.
  • Loves being a host and will role model the activities, possibly being a host for one of the activities in the market on occasion.
  • Reads customer feedback and reviews from surveys in his market.
  • Follow up on customer host satisfaction issues in the market.
  • Works with the local Client team around policy and legal concerns.
  • Ensure all experiences reflect Client values.
  • Ensure all experiences are differentiated and have a unique Client twist.

Demand

  • Works with product marketing to help drive demand to the experience
  • Works with host to ensure their PDP and material are set to drive the most demand.
  • Works with host on referral programs.
  • Works with host to create demand
