  • Working within your assigned groups to support multiple hospital clients, collaborations is a must.
  • Provide clinical assessments, care coordination, and discharge planning.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in department operations and contribute to professional development.
  • Use Banyan Connect for reporting work and communication with bedside nurses.
  • Use Banyan Bridge to be on camera and communicate with patients and bedside nurses.
  • Use of Microsoft Teams is mandatory for team communication.
  • Attendance must be predictable and reliable to ensure adequate customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Completion of a Registered Nurse program, preferred BSN program
  • Three (3) or more years of nursing in an acute care hospital inpatient setting
  • Experience with Epic and/or Cerner
  • Must hold a valid RN unrestricted license
  • BLS from the American Heart Association

Alliance Services is looking for a Virtual Registered Nurse to work remotely for our client until further notice

Salary Range: $2,960.00 - $3,700.00/WEEK

Paid training: $2,160 - 2,700/WEEK

Are you a registered nurse looking for a flexible, remote opportunity that allows you to balance work with other commitments? We have several part-time remote Virtual RN positions available for nurses passionate about using technology to provide top-notch patient care from the comfort of their home!

Position: Remote Full-Time Virtual Nurse

  • Shifts Available:
    • may vary based on client need
  • Training: First week of Clinical Orientation: 7 am to 3 pm (Central Time)
    • Orientation and training period schedules will differ from work schedules once training is completed based on your assigned clients.
  • Hours: Full-Time 36 hours
    • Rotating weekends and holidays
  • Salary: $30/hr. to $32/hr. depending on experience
    • Additional $2.00/hr. for Certified Bilingual-Spanish
    • Night and Weekend Premium Pay
      • Nights: Extra $1.75/hr.
      • Weekend Days: Extra $2.25/hr.
      • Weekend Nights: Extra $4.00/hr.
  • Location: Work from Home (Remote)
  • Work from home requirements:
    • Wired high-speed internet required.
    • Must have a secure work environment.
    • Workspace must be free of noise and distraction.

Prerequisite Skills:

  • Must possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with experience in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) Epic and/or Cerner are required.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, and follow English verbal and written instructions, and have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, conflict resolution, presentation, time management, and positive personal influence and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Completion of a Registered Nurse program, preferred BSN program
  • Experience:
    • Three (3) or more years of nursing in an acute care hospital inpatient setting is REQUIRED, in medical-surgical/ PCCU/ED/ICU.
    • Broad nursing clinical background strongly preferred.
    • Bilingual Preferred
    • Experience working efficiently with multiple computer applications in a fast-paced work setting
    • Experience with Epic and/or Cerner - REQUIRED
    • Experience demonstrating leadership skills and inter-disciplinary collaboration preferred.
    • License/Certifications: Must hold a valid RN unrestricted license.
    • BLS from the American Heart Association
