We are seeking a Director or Vice President of Facilities for our property management company, which owns and develops manufactured home apartment communities across the country. This remote position involves moderate travel (25-50%) to various communities, primarily in the Southeast, to manage water and waste systems in multi-family apartment housing. The role is highly analytical, requiring familiarity with surveys, historical maps, preventive maintenance, municipalities, and technology.
We seek a Traveling Director / VP of Facilities to join our team! Our property management company owns and develops several MANUFACTURED HOME apartment communities around the country. This position is REMOTE. The position is remote, with 25-50% travel to our apartment communities located in 15 states in the Southeast.
MODERATE TRAVEL REQUIRED! MANAGE WATER AND WASTE SYSTEMS IN MULTI-FAMILY APARTMENT HOUSING REQUIRED. THE POSITION IS VERY ANALYTICAL... INCLUDING SURVEYS, HISTORICAL MAPS, PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE, MUNICIPALITIES, AND BEING VERY TECH-SAVVY.
