Nurse Practitioner (MEDICAL CRNP)

We are currently seeking Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey. Shift:

24 hours a week including on call

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

• Include doing history and physicals, reviewing labs, monitoring blood levels, sick call and preparing discharges (physician orders, scripts if has prescriptive authority).
• Provides support and resources to the adult residential program and detox as needed.
• Coordination (with the help of the nursing staff) with the primary care physician and psychiatrist when appropriate.
• Working with the nursing staff to make sure the medications are cost effective for the client after discharge and completing prior authorization requests for medications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience:

• Nurse Practitioner Certification for Medical
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Addiction Medicine and/or family practice medicine.
