  • Efficiently troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain and repair equipment including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Support installation of new equipment as the facility expands.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, ideally in food, packaging, or other high-speed industries.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with a focus on electrical systems.
  • Experience in PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, valves, belts, pulleys, gearboxes, conveyors, electrical wiring (120/240/480), AC/DC, control voltage, conduit installation, wire pulling, and 3-phase motors.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, positive, punctual, hardworking, and a strong team player.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
  • AAS or equivalent technical training in a relevant field, or related maintenance certifications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and program PLCs, with knowledge of ladder logic.
  • Experience with welding, pipefitting, boilers, or HVAC.

  • Additional Skills: Experience with welding, pipefitting, boilers, or HVAC is an added advantage.
