  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
  • Handle business contacts with resourcefulness and adherence to company policies.
  • Safeguard proprietary manufacturing information in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal tube fabrication and welded assemblies.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing techniques.
  • Proficient in industry-standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Expertise in 3D CAD/CAM software, particularly Autodesk Inventor and FeatureCAM.

Take the lead in designing cutting-edge tooling and drive innovation in metal fabrication, ensuring quality and precision in every project.

Job Description:
Under the general supervision of the Engineering Manager, the Design Engineer is responsible for designing new tooling and providing CAM support. This role also supports tube fabrication and assembly, addressing quality and process control issues in current production while introducing new processes to improve quality and efficiency. The Design Engineer manages complete projects, from tooling design to procurement and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Lead Complete Project Management:
