strong background in the automotive sector, particularly with experience related to Ford, to join
our team.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building long-
lasting relationships with our clients. Your expertise in the automotive industry, especially your
familiarity with Ford’s product lines and strategies, will be essential in identifying opportunities,
developing tailored solutions, and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with
existing and prospective clients, focusing on Ford and partners.
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet
and exceed sales targets, utilizing insights from the automotive market and Ford-specific
trends.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and a
competitive landscape, within the Ford ecosystem.
Collaboration: Work closely with customers team to ensure alignment and support for
sales initiatives.
Reporting Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and
performance metrics to management, highlighting successes and areas for
improvement.
Negotiation Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales, ensuring that all
agreements meet company standards and client expectations.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients’ post-sale,
addressing any concerns and identifying additional opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in purchasing or engineering within the automotive industry, with
a strong preference for candidates with Ford experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
