Job Description
We have partnered with a Regional Property Management comapny who is in need of additional Maintenance help for a 200 unit property in Torrington. The property recently went through a 10MM upgrade to enhance many aspects of the buildings and grounds.
Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri, rotating on call schedule
Goal:
Provide residents with a clean, well maintained and fully functioning living environment.
Responsibilities:
- vacant apartment preparation
- trash removal
- emergency repairs
- cleaning
- landscaping
- ordering maintenance equipment
- record keeping
- accepting deliveries and moving furniture and/or appliances.
- turn projects (fixing up apartments after residents leave prior to leasing to a new resident)
Must have hands-on experience with: basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems (heat pump experience a plus), swimming pools, landscaping and cleaning.
