Responsibilities

• Perform all mechanical and electrical maintenance duties
• Respond to emergency requests for repairs
• Repair a variety of production machinery and equipment (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, motors, pneumatic, VFD, robotics, and PLC's)
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Understand PLC operation and troubleshoot
• Troubleshoot AC and DC electrical controls and circuits
• Perform machine adjustments
• Weld machinery parts as needed
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience with Industrial Maintenance
• Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry
• Previous experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic Systems
• Previous experience with PLCs, HMI, VFD, and Robots
• Ability to Weld - MIG, TIG, and Stick
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints
