Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.

Preferred

• Licensing or certifications in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.
