Responsibilities

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma (or GED).
• Adequate math skills.
• Basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.).
• Highly Desired Certificates from Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Preferred

• Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification preferred, but not required.
