Maintenance Helper

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Maintenance Helper to support our maintenance team. The Ideal candidate will assist with various task related to facility upkeep, repairs,and maintenance, ensuring that the facilities are safe and operational. This is a 1st shift Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm with weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist maintenance staff with routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Perform general cleaning and upkeep of facilities.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor or team leader.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or general labor is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Working Conditions:

• Work may involve exposure to various weather conditions, as well as indoor and outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
