A Construction design-build firm is looking for an experienced full-time project manager in the Metropolitan Washington Area.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
Project Manager works with the entire team of design and construction including day-to-day field operation and coordination of projects ranging from $100,000 to over $5 million. PM is responsible for schematic design, estimating, preparation of bid proposals, client negotiations, ordering construction materials, subcontractors award, scheduling, invoicing, quality control, and final punch list.
