Remote Member Service Specialist Compensation

• The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Remote Member Service Specialist Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday – 6 am to 7 pm CST or 8 am- 5 pm

Remote Member Service Specialist Responsibilities

• Assist with daily assignments such as pcp changes, id cards, electronic mail
• Perform outreach to members and providers daily

Remote Member Service Specialist Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Customer service experience

Remote Member Service Specialist Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual
• Medicare/Medicaid knowledge
