Qualifications

Required

  • At least 5 years’ experience in casual dining management, at least 3 years as the General Manager
  • Accustomed to mid to high volume sales ($2.5-$3 million per year / $50,000 weekly)
  • Experienced in leading at least 30 employees
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certificate as well as a valid ServSafe Alcohol Certificate required

Needed for new company operating a popular franchise!

Base salary + bonus pay structure

Summary:

Our sports bar General Manager is our head coach. You will be the leader in creating the ultimate experience for our sports fans. From local restaurant marketing to Profit and Loss statement results, you'll be responsible for ensuring that your sports bar is at the top of its game. You will lead your sports bar Management Team (OGM, To-Go and People Manager, Service and Profit Manager, Operations and Kitchen Manager) through performance, engagement and training initiatives. If that weren't cool enough, you will even have the opportunity to oversee all community connection and fundraising related activities.
