  • Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing and resolving patient inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring all patient data is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Manage the processing of customer credit applications, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Assist in other responsibilities as required, fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace environment.

  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change
