  • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Office Suites for various accounting tasks.
  • Handle financial services using ADP - Financial Services.
  • Work with Great Plains (GPAC) and Yardi for accounting functions.
  • Comply with the standards of Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH).
  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services
  • Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites
  • Understanding of Accounting Functions such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Familiarity with Billing Functions and Cash Activity management
  • Knowledge of Yardi software system
  • Understanding of Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH)
  • Ability to work in the non-profit sector
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
