What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary + Monthly Bonuses: Uncapped productivity bonus starting at 26 billable hours/week. Earn $800-$1,100+ per month in bonuses once you have a full caseload.

  Salary= $85,000 plus uncapped monthly bonus plan (total comp potential=$100,000+)

  Fluent in Spanish=$2500 premium to annual salary

  Signing Bonus/ Relocation=$10,000-15,000

  Positions also have the option of a 4-day work week if someone prefers that. BAs can transition into this role after several months of meeting regional goals.
