Maintenance Mechanic

Job Title: Maintenance MechanicShift Details:

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 4:30 PM (four 10-hour days), with occasional Fridays and Saturdays.
• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM - 3:30 AM (four 10-hour days), with occasional Fridays and Saturdays.
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM (four 10-hour days).

Pay:

• $33 - $40 per hour

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance and repairs on production machines (e.g., filling, capping, boxing machines), conveyor systems, and mixing tanks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) and assist with machine changeovers.
• Carry out scheduled updates and repairs.
• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns.
• Communicate effectively with machine operators to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
