The Industrial Maintenance Technician at Randstad USA is responsible for hands-on preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment, including electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance. Required

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Fabrication and machine shop proficiency
  • Welding experience – Mig/Tig/Arc
  • PLC – Basic troubleshooting
  • Electrical controls – Intermediate/Expert
  • Problem-solving, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail/accuracy and organizational skills
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders

QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Strong Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting skills
Fabrication and machine shop proficiency
Welding experience – Mig/Tig/Arc
PLC – Basic troubleshooting
Electrical controls – Intermediate/Expert
Problem-solving, prioritization and multi-tasking skills are required
Excellent attention to detail/accuracy and organizational skills
Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine methods and sequences of
assembly.
Review technical documents to plan work.

Education/Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment

Shift:

1st Shift: Monday through Friday 5am-3pm (Ten hour days, Friday is guaranteed overtime)

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday 3pm-1am (Ten hour days, Friday is guaranteed overtime)
