  • Monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts using CRM and other tools

Qualifications

Required

  • Proficient in the use of 3M, CRM, Eaton, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, and About Time
  • Strong knowledge of SAP
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform logistics tasks
  • Experience in KPI reporting
  • Familiarity with maintenance planning procedures
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
