- Train and guide employees on the usage and functionalities of the CMMS
- Coordinate plant-wide shutdowns ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing processes
- Utilize ERP solutions such as SAP for effective resource planning
- Engage in KPI reporting to track and improve maintenance logistics
- Promote a customer service approach to maintenance, processing requests and inquiries efficiently
- Ensure alignment of maintenance activities with manufacturing protocols
- Monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts using CRM and other tools
Qualifications
Required
- Proficient in the use of 3M, CRM, Eaton, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, and About Time
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform logistics tasks
- Experience in KPI reporting
- Familiarity with maintenance planning procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail
