Responsibilities
- Proficient in working with a wide range of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and making adjustments to PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems and HMI.
- Experienced in repairing and maintaining printing presses, hydraulic presses, conveyor systems, corrugators (corrugation machines), and precision machinery, including CNC equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize production downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, including 3-phase and single-phase motors as well as VFDs, to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment failures to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Required
- Must have strong work tenure.
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
- Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload

- Core locations around the Chicagoland area include but are not limited to : Gurnee,Mundelein, Lake bluff, Schaumburg,Niles, Franklin Park, Elk Grove Village, Alsip, Lockport IL.
