Job Description
Contract job available in Fort Wayne, IN for a Home Health Registered Nurse with a possibility for permanent employment based on performance. Schedule:M-F 8-5 with occasional weekend, and occasional weekend and weekday call. (Usually not more than every 3rd week/weekend). This position requires Homecare Homebase, Oasis and Outlook experience as well as at least 1 year of previous Home Health RN experience. Must be able to travel 30-40 miles per day and handle a caseload of around 30 patients per week . Qualified nurses must have Indiana (IN) RN license and active BLS.
