Well-known establishment in Philadelphia's vibrant restaurant scene, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to add to our dynamic team. As a popular destination for innovative Mexican cuisine, we've built a positive work environment that values creativity, longevity, and active involvement. Our annual sales close to $4M, and we are excitedly expanding into a new venture right next door!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely under the Chef/Owner on menu development and specials

Compensation:

  • Salary range of $65,000-75,000
  • Discretionary bonuses, with additional bonuses at Christmas
  • Health and dental coverage, with a $200/month commitment towards the employee's selected plan
