  • High school diploma

Preferred

  • Experience in employee benefits/provider services, healthcare, insurance, claims
  • COBRA/Retiree processing experience

Position: Benefit Specialist

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Location: Remote

Start Date: October 7th

Training Shift: 8am-5:00pm CST/9am-6pm EST (4 weeks)

Training Rate: $17/hr

Production Shift: Any 8-hour shift between 7am-8pm CST / 8am - 9pm EST

Production Rate: $18/hr

Training:

  1. First 4-5 weeks
  2. Pay Rate: $17/hour
  3. Shift: 9 AM - 6 PM EST (8-hour shift with 1-hour unpaid lunch)
  4. Instructor-led web-based training and video trainings
  5. Must pass assessments to complete training (rate increase upon passing)

Important: No PTO during the initial 3-month period. Confirm any travel plans/commitments.

Must Haves:

  1. 1-year call center or hospitality/retail customer service experience
