Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Five or more years of related experience as a quality professional
  • Experience with basic quality systems such as Quality Manuals, ISO-9001 and ISO-13485, metrology, calibration, audits, etc.
  • Experience with basic statistical tools such as data analysis, basic statistics, Gage R&A;R, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Statistical Process Control and Capability.
  • Strong working knowledge of intermediate-level statistical and quality engineering tools such as acceptance sampling, correlation and regression.

Preferred

  • Master's degree in a physical, biological, chemical, mathematical, statistical, or engineering science from an accredited institution
  • Professional certification, such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) through American Society for Quality (ASQ)
  • Skills in listening, reading, writing, speaking, persuading, influencing, interpersonal, and team leading
  • Effective project management skills

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
