The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician provides maintenance and performance support for large production machinery.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provides direction and technical advice to facility employees
• Performs preventative maintenance and cleaning of assigned equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and execute repairs related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC repair, automotive maintenance, shop equipment, and tool repair

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, trade school, or equivalent with demonstrated maintenance
• 5 years of previous experience or equivalent demonstrated ability to perform all job functions
• Forklift certification preferred
• Training in machine safety and quality awareness preferred

ADA Requirements

Employees are regularly exposed to vibration, moderate noise levels, and occasionally work near moving mechanical parts. Employees must be able to stand for extended periods of time while frequently using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls to climb or balance. The employee is frequently required to walk, reach with hands, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk or hear. Employees must be able to see up close, use peripheral vision, depth perception and adjust focus. Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Will frequently and repetitively be required to lift up to 80 lbs., will occasionally be required to lift up to 100 lbs. Works outdoors approximately 50% of the time in Colorado weather.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
