We are now seeking a Opal Memory Care Program Supervisor to join our team!

This position is responsible for the implementation of activities, events and programming for our memory care residents.

What you'll do:

  • Provide programming to resident's living with dementia, assessing leisure and recreational needs, creating and collaborating with others.
  • Planning and conducting in-service training relative to resident and staff needs.
  • Developing, maintaining and coordinating a monthly program of purposeful and meaningful activities that support resident dignity, preference, and choice.

What you'll bring:

  • Prior experience with an adult/senior/geriatric population developing and implementing therapeutic and leisure recreation activities.
  • COTA or BS in Recreation, Therapeutic Recreation or Human Services is preferred, but not required.

Some weekend availability is a plus, but not a requirement. A Tuesday through Saturday scheduled is desired, if possible, but not a requirement.
