• Benefits:
• Our mechanics average $25 - $32/hour based on location and experience, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $15/hour of performance pay
• All shop items are available at cost to Mettler team members
• Team members can use company equipment for personal use
• Shop open to team members after-hours
• Will be working side-by-side with the owner of the company at times
• In an effort to cover up to 50% of the employee's monthly health insurance costs, we will raise the employee's base pay to meet this need - up to $1,100
• Starting at 6 months:
  • Tool allowance

• Requirements:
• Must have at least 2 years of technical training or 4 years of working experience
• A desire to absorb training and learn new models/equipment
• Willingness to travel for training

• No drug or substance abuse
