  • 8+ years leading consumer-facing products at scale from concept to launch, or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional product sense with a track record of identifying and delivering on business opportunities based on deep customer understanding
  • Strong UX sense with a well-honed quality bar
  • Strong analytical abilities, pairing data with intuition to determine product strategy, roadmaps, and development tradeoffs
  • Demonstrated technical skill and comfort evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of product approaches and proposals
  • Proficient in modern product discovery techniques
  • Effective leadership skills for influencing and inspiring internal and external partners
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B or B2B2C, artificial intelligence (AI), customer relationship management (CRM), real estate, and/or productivity & collaboration software tools

About the role

Looking for an opportunity to redefine real estate? We are seeking a Principal Product Manager who is passionate about solving problems for agents and delivering impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership, setting the vision, demonstrating ownership, and achieving results in a dynamic environment. They should excel at fostering collaboration among diverse teams and be proficient working with engineering, design, data, and marketing.

You will own the insights experience for agents in Follow Up Boss, enabling them to understand their customers better and offer tailored experiences, all while increasing the agent’s efficiency. This role involves shaping the cross-company vision, strategy, and roadmap for how customer, agent, and property market data drives the right insights to supercharge agents using Follow Up Boss. This will involve heavy collaboration with our AI teams that support agent experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Build customer-facing products. Create user-centric solutions informed by customer insights, intuitive design experiences, and robust user research combined with iterative feedback.

  • Shape and communicate the vision and plan. Define and convey a clear product vision, objectives, business and user value, and strategic direction driving stakeholder buy-in.

  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to identify opportunities, craft a story, and make well-informed prioritization decisions.

  • Lead collaboration across teams & functions. You will organize and manage complex, large-scale projects across multiple teams, align various priorities, and ensure that the team stays focused on their goals.

  • Leverage data. You will work with and interpret data, handle large datasets from various sources, and collaborate with data scientists and other data experts.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $170,200.00 - $271,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
