Ginger Bread House (GBH) is looking for a Preschool Age Teacher in McFarland, WI. This position will be responsible for carrying out the Preschool Age Program, with duties including but not limited to:

  • Daily activities for Preschool children 3-4 years old
  • Assist with Indoor and outdoor activities, field trips, projects, games.
  • Responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that are developmentally appropriate.
  • Daily communication with parents, participate in parent conferences.
  • Attend all Family Engagement activities (ex: parent involvement activities, holiday celebrations, parades, etc).
  • Maintain proper supervision of children during on-site and off-site activities (ex: walks, field trips, school age transportation, etc).
  • Participating in training and professional development activities

Pay: $15-$20 per hour

Work Schedule:

  • The Preschool Age Program instructional hours run from 8:30AM - 5:30PM Monday through Friday. Program staff will be available between 8:00AM - 5:00 PM with a ½ hour lunch break.

Education and Qualifications:

  • State licensing requirements for teaching-Preferred.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care!
