Chosen Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Parent Coach with an LCSW in the Georgia area to deliver a model of care using a family systems approach.   • Collaborates with Programs team for case supervision and to ensure seamless coordination of services and timely follow up with referred clients.
  • Completes case documentation and notes as required.
  • Provides crisis support/management as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with case workers to promote Chosen's services, enhance our reach and impact and seek referrals.
  • Participate in outreach events to educate potential referral sources about our mission, services and impact.
  • Represent our organization at community events, networking meetings, and conferences to raise awareness and generate referrals.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master's degree in social work or a related degree preferred.
  • 2+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in social services and/or mental health.
  • LCSW, LMFT or LPC license strongly preferred.
  • Professional experience working with foster or adoption children and families strongly preferred.
  • Trust-Based Relational Intervention® Practitioner strongly preferred.
  • Trauma-Informed training or certification
  • Solid working knowledge of current industry norms and challenges
  • Proactive, resourceful and a problem-solver
  • Strong personal integrity
  • Demonstrated experience in client support and direct client communications
  • Technically competent with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must have a quiet workspace and high-speed internet and phone connection to support telehealth services and video conferencing.

We are currently seeking an experienced Parent Coach with an LCSW in the Georgia area. The position is remote and can be performed anywhere in the state of Georgia.


As a Parent Coach, you will deliver Chosen's model using a family systems approach. You will work directly with parents and their families through telehealth or in-person, as needed, performing various trauma-responsive modalities. This position works under the supervision of the Program Director to ensure holistic healing and care.
