Shady Grove Fertility is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor for their DC office. The role involves planning and organizing Clinical Services to increase staff efficiency, setting goals for staff, coordinating patient services, assisting with staff training and orientation, administering performance appraisals, and handling patient issues. The position requires a valid DC RN License or willingness to obtain upon hire, a BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management, and 2-5 years of prior supervisory/management experience. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Supervisor to work in our busy DC office located on K Street. The schedule is working Monday through Friday, day time hours, with occasional holidays and weekends. (2 holidays and 4 weekend days per year)
Salary Range - $90K - $120K
