The Maintenance Technician at RiverPoint is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and repairing all Horiba Emission analytical equipment, VT and ORVR shed enclosures in accordance with EPA CFR procedures. This role involves creating and maintaining Chassis Dynamometer Drive Traces, compiling data and reporting results, completing Job Safety Analysis for Non-Standard Work, and supporting facility upgrades as needed. The position requires a strong focus on safety, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and repair all Horiba Emission analytical equipment, VT and ORVR shed enclosures in accordance to EPA CFR procedures.
- Create and maintain Chassis Dynamometer Drive Traces.
- Compile data and report results.
- Complete Job Safety Analysis for Non-Standard Work.
- Support facility upgrades as needed.
- Perform any other duties related to Powertrain testing requirements.
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years’ experience in Automotive Emissions equipment calibration or evaluation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong evaluation and problem solving skills.
- Follow established safety procedures.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or contribute within a team atmosphere.
- Ability to work overtime or off-shift as required.
