CDL A Flatbed Driver

Position Overview:

At our company, we take pride in providing experienced flatbed drivers with a rewarding career path. Join our flatbed fleet and enjoy consistent weekends at home, ensuring you get quality time to recharge. We guarantee you'll have at least 34 hours of home time, with an average of 46-53 hours off, all while running approximately 2,500 miles a week. To qualify, you'll need a minimum of one year of flatbed driving experience within the past three years.

Compensation:

Our pay structure is designed to reward your hard work and experience. Starting at 53 cents per mile, your compensation also includes additional pay for breakdowns, tarping, and detention. The average driver earns $1,400 per week, with the potential to boost your income through our Pathway to Success program, where you can earn up to $5,000 in your first 120 days. You'll also have the flexibility to choose between payment by the mile or a percentage of the load. Plus, our Minimum Pay Program ensures you earn no less than $1,200 per week after your first month with us.

We understand the importance of flexibility, which is why we personalize your running areas to keep you close to home for resets. You'll be primarily based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, zip code 70802, but we'll customize routes to ensure you get home regularly.

Orientation and Onboarding:

When you start with us, you'll receive $1,500 in orientation pay after completing your first week. We cover all travel, meals, and accommodations during orientation, and if you need a TWIC card, we'll help you get it. After orientation, you'll be dispatched with the option to return home for the weekend.
