Qualifications

Required

  • Strong passion to help people and interest in a sales career
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
  • Confident, self motivated individual who works well independently
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up with consistency
  • Coachable with the ability to operate with integrity at all times
