The Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator at Medical Imaging Systems is responsible for managing the storage and transportation of the company's inventory. Responsibilities

  • Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
  • Supervise orders and arrange stocking of company equipment to ensure they meet needs
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, and other personnel, to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Purchase, return, and receive parts and equipment
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
  • Maintain and update inventory lists
  • Manage warehouse organization, inventory and procedures
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • 1 year experience in logistics preferred
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
