Eminence Home Care is seeking a talented Caregiver to join our team!

As a Caregiver/PCA, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and helping them lead independent and fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our clients by providing assistance with daily activities, medication management, and personal care needs.

You will:

  • Provide non-medical care and support to clients in accordance with their care plan
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Help with mobility, including transferring clients in and out of bed or chairs
  • Administer medication reminders as outlined in the care plan
