Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or inventory management experience.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment 40 hours per week.
  • Familiarity with Excel and knowledge of Microsoft D365 and Teams is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and courteously.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with multi-departmental personnel.

Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for helping with various tasks to maintain the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The Warehouse Coordinator should also have the ability to multi-task and work within specified deadlines along with a commitment to customer service and a safe work environment. Attention to detail, focus and the ability to communicate effectively are a must.

What You'll Do:

Warehouse & Inventory Control Support

  • Responsible for receiving and processing shipments to keep the queues at acceptable daily levels.
  • Participate in the monthly and quarterly inventory counts process which involves a physical count and updates to systems/spreadsheets. On an as-needed basis, work may be required on a Saturday at the close of each calendar quarter.
  • Backup the Warehouse Coordinator when that person is on PTO or needs help processing excessive volume.

Other Procurement Support Activities as Assigned

  • Assist with Purchasing, Shipment Tracking, and Back-Order\Open-Order research duties as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings as requested.

Returns and Credits as Assigned

  • Coordinate and lead the return to vendor process, including data entry tracking and research, coordinating with the on-site and remote teams for the issuance of shipping labels, receiving return shipments for redeployment or return to inventory, requesting credit from manufacturers on qualified returns, and recording credit values for reporting purposes.
  • Routinely follow-up on return to vendor requests from our technical service providers (TSPs), and work with Corporate Finance to debit service partner accounts for failure to return equipment as instructed.
  • Repackage and ship items back to vendors (ensuring the integrity of each shipment to prevent damage), or place in inventory for
    redeployment in the field (proper storage space in the warehouse), and update the quantity counts in the system.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or inventory management experience.
  • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment 40 hours per week. Lifting packages on a regular basis (typically not to exceed 25 lbs. but can reach up to 50 lbs.), and on occasion heavier packages will arrive that may require assistance.
  • Must be familiar with Excel – Spreadsheets are utilized for a variety of tracking and management. Knowledge of Microsoft D365 and Teams is a plus.
  • Must be able to communicate in a professional and courteous manner (both via verbal and written communication) to internal customers, management, as well as with external TSPs and vendors.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, with a high degree of detail.
  • Must be able to work with multi-departmental personnel in order to gain the information necessary to properly process requests.
